Fitness consultations are one-on-one meetings with a fitness consultant. They will help you create an exercise program designed to help you meet realistic fitness and wellness goals. Fitness consultations are free!
You can sign up for a fitness consultation at the RFWC front desk, or call the RFWC. You may schedule up to 3 one-hour sessions per week.
If you must cancel a consultation, you are required to call the RFWC. After 2 no-shows without calling, no further consultations can be scheduled. If you are late for a consultation, that time is subtracted from your appointment.
Fitness consultations are scheduled only on the hour.
Monday - Thursday
6 am - 1 am
6 am - 10 pm
10 am - 8 pm
1 pm - midnight
*Cardio & free weights close 15 minutes before the rest of the building.
