Group Exercise Program
The USI group exercise program offers a variety of classes to meet
the student and employee needs. The goal of this program is to
create a positive environment by providing fun, safe, and effective
classes in search of a healthy lifestyle.
There is no additional cost for these classes.
The classes offered regularly throughout the fall, spring, and summer. Modifications may be made to the schedule during finals and holiday breaks. For additional information, please call the Recreation and Fitness Center at 461-5268.
