Group Exercise Program - Class Descriptions

Boot Camp: (All Levels) A sports conditioning class focusing on agility, speed, power, and strength wile using a variety of techniques and exercise equipment.

Body Sculpt: (All Levels) A combination of upper and lower body exercises used to strengthen and tone all major muscle groups using a variety of equipment.

Butts-N-Guts: (All Levels) A combination of exercises to tone and strengthen the muscles of the lower body, abs and low back.

Cardio Kick: (All Levels) Kickboxing is a full body workout consisting of high cardio routine with kicks and punches that tone the entire body. Kickboxing will push you to the limit of taking "mind of matter", giving you a rock hard fit. This class is about having fun and working up a good sweat along the way.

Cardio Sculpt: A total body workout to sculpt and tone. Interval training is used to maximize the benefits of both cardiovascular and weight training workouts. This is one of the quickest ways to get your body into shape.

Core Strength : (All Levels) A 15 minute core training class to focus only on the abs and back areas.

Indoor Cycling: (All Levels) Outdoor cycling in an indoor environment. Work at your own pace.

Pilates: (All Levels) A conditioning program that focuses on the core of the body (abdominal, back, and hips), performing movements designed to stretch and strengthen the muscles involved. Designed to improve balance, coordination, and body awareness.

Step: (All Levels) A variety of basic and new step movements are intermixed to provide a fun cardio workout.

Yoga: (All Levels) A traditional yoga class based on an ancient form of movement that promotes balance, flexibility, strength, and relaxation through various postures and breathing techniques.

Tai Chi: (All Levels) The relaxed approach to physical fitness and improved self health. Using low impact exercises and breathing techniques designed to relax and condition the mind and body and nourish the spirit through the art of moving meditation.

Triple Threat: (All Levels) An intense cardio combination of cycling, step and intervals for a full-body slimming and toning workout.

Water Body Sculpting: (All Levels) 50 minutes of full body workout in waist deep water to tone the muscle and melt away fat. With the combination of weights and water resistance your body will feel the burn.
