Fitness
The
Fitness program at USI is dedicated to enhancing the physical well being
of students, staff, and faculty by providing a wide range of
cardiovascular equipment/classes, strengthening & toning
equipment/classes, and endurance activities ranging from beginner levels
to advanced levels.
The fitness center provides individual fitness consultations, group exercise classes, and offers a variety of incentive programs to encourage and reward participation in Fitness and Wellness programs.
Fitness and
Wellness programs offered include The Milers Club, Weightlifting
Club, Massage Rewards, USI on the Move, RFW 4K Fun Run Training, Tough
Tuesday Fitness Challenge, Wall of Wellness, & many more as the year
goes on. As well as Group Exercise Classes: Step & Sculpt, Cardio
Kick, Boot Camp, Core Strength, Triple Threat, Indoor
Cycling, Butts-N-Guts, Pilates, Yoga, Total Body Sculpt, Tai Chi, &
more.
