Mental Health Screening
September 9 in the Rec, 4-6pm
A mental health screening is like a checkup for your brain. Screenings take only a few minutes, and you'll get free Flex Dollars for participating. 

Speak About It
September 24 in Carter Hall, 7pm
Speak About It is the wisdom of an array of mistakes, misfortunes, successes, and perspectives; a compilation of true stories that captures what healthy sex can and should look like, and how to spark dialogues about it.

Keep Calm and Chill Out
September 29 in the Rec, 4-6pm 
Start the semester off right! Learn some fun and easy ways to de-stress, and get a free massage!

Wellness Fair
October 1 in Carter Hall, 8:30am-3:00pm
This all-day fair for students and employees provides an opportunity to learn about the different resources available at USI and in the community to best support your overall health and wellness. There are cholesterol checks, heath assessments, snacks, give-aways, and drawings for large prizes!

Flowers on the Lake
October 16 outside the LA, 4:30pm
Flowers on the Lake helps raise awareness of domestic violence within our community and remembers those who have been lost to violence.

National Collegiate Alcohol Awareness Week
October 20-24
A whole week of fun programs designed to help keep you safer if you choose to drink!

Alcohol Screening
October 20 in the Rec, 4-6pm
If you choose to drink, make sure that you're doing it safely. Test yourself and get a free t-shirt for participating.

Girls Only: Ask the Nurse
November 10 in Newman MPR, 5pm
This is your chance to find out what you can be doing to care for your health while in college.  Melissa, our nurse practioner, has heard it all. No question is too silly!

Walk a Mile in Her Shoes
April 7, 5pm
The saying goes, "You can't really understand another person's experience until you have walked a mile in their shoes." USI's annual Walk a Mile in Her Shoes allows men to do just that - walk a mile in women's shoes to raise awareness and stop rape, sexual assault, and gender-based violence.
