We all need to eat, but you want to make sure that you're doing it in a healthy way. Take a short screening and receive free Flex Dollars.

Heather's Voice

As a part of USI's No More Campaign, guest speaker Debbie Norris talks to us about her daughter's life, Heather. "He loves me, he hits me". Reverse your thinking, learn from my story. 

The Fat Talk
February 25 in East MPR, 5pm
How many times this week have you had conversations with other people about food, weight, exercise or dieting? Or talked with someone else about how you wish you looked different? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you have engaged in fat talk. Please come join us as we discuss the different ways we engage in Fat Talk and how we can stop! (Co-sponsored with Housing & Residence Life and Recreation, Fitness & Wellness).

Self Defense for Women
February 26 in the Rec room 125, 5-7pm. 

Kick off Safe Spring Break Week by learning the necessary skills to protect yourself . This class will teach you how to be more aware of your surroundings, and also self defense moves in case of an attack. Register here!

Walk a Mile in Her Shoes
April 7, 5pm
The saying goes, "You can't really understand another person's experience until you have walked a mile in their shoes." USI's annual Walk a Mile in Her Shoes allows men to do just that - walk a mile in women's shoes to raise awareness and stop rape, sexual assault, and gender-based violence.
