Recreation, Fitness, and Wellness
The RFW offers a number of different programs for anyone who wants to enhance their personal wellness. In addition, we offer information and print resources on a variety of wellness topics including sleep, nutrition, alcohol and other drug use, and sexual health. Just stop by room 219 in the RFW.
