Occupational wellness is the ability to get personal fulfillment from our jobs while maintaining balance in our lives. It is the ability to integrate your skills, interests, and values in order to heighten job satisfaction. A well work environment is one that is safe, supportive, and encourages personal growth.

Career Services manages Eagle Career Launch, the campus web-based job board, hosts four career fairs annually and offers access to a national job search engine, making the job search more efficient through connecting students and alumni with a wide array of employers.
- University Division provides Career Counseling services, which can help you assess your interests and strengths and then come up with a plan on how to move on in your chosen path.
- The Counseling Center provides students with emotional assistance during times of occupational uncertainty and to students struggling with pressures related to one’s occupational goals.
