The Office of Scheduling Services works in conjunction with Special Events and Sodexo to schedule events in facilities owned and operated by the University of Southern Indiana. Scheduling Services assists public and private organizations in search of facilities and services to accommodate their needs, planning a broad spectrum of events including lectures, educational seminars, workshops, wedding receptions, graduations, baby showers, family reunions, and company picnics. The University offers a wide range of conference rooms, classrooms, auditorium-style rooms, a ballroom, and an outdoor education area.
The Office of Scheduling Services is the sole contact for reserving all indoor and outdoor campus facilities, academic space, conference rooms, food service facilities, recreational areas, and outdoor areas. Arrangements can be made for special custodial, maintenance, and security services needed to support these activities.
