Security
Events that are likely to attract crowds
near to, or in excess of, the established room or space capacity may require
additional security officers. Additional officers for security and crowd
control will be hired at the expense of the sponsoring organization. The
Office of Conferences Services will bring this event to the attention of the
director of Safety and Security to determine the need and arrange for
additional officers. The Office of Conference Services will notify the
organization if additional security is required.
