Fee:  

• Early registration, entire program - $385.  Includes materials, refreshment breaks, one dinner, one lunch, two continental breakfasts, one buffet breakfast, and Continuing Education hours/CRUs.  Your registration must be received by May 31 to qualify.
• Registration after May 31, entire program - $430.  Includes materials, refreshment breaks, one dinner, one lunch, two continental breakfasts, one buffet breakfast, and Continuing Education hours/CRUs.
• Those wishing to register for any session or combination of sessions but not the entire Institute should call 812/464-1989 or 800/467-8600 for pricing.
• Refund Policy - Refunds of $300 are available through May 31; refunds of $250 are available June 1-7. After June 7, refunds will be based upon costs recoverable by USI.

Graduate Credit Option: (available only to those enrolling in the entire Insititute)

To enroll for three hours graduate credit in Social Work 642 , you must be admitted to Graduate Studies at USI either:

• As a degree-seeking student in a USI graduate program; or
• as a guest/special nondegree-seeking student.

There is a one-time $25 fee for those making their first application for a USI graduate course. Check the appropriate blank on the registration form to receive materials and complete instructions.

Tuition:

$215.85 per credit hour (in- or out-of-state) $647.55 (3 hours credit + fees)

Tuition is in addition to the registration fee and may be paid by check or credit card by June 8. Payment instructions will be sent upon completion of the application process.
