Interesting info

Water hemlock is a highly poisonous plant. Do not taste any part of it. Wash your hands after handling it.

The plant has tall flower stalks topped with clusters of tiny flowers, similar to the more familiar Queen Anne's lace.

Height: 2' - 4'

Frequency: Several plants found in low, wet areas of the woods.

Blooms: July and August.

Range: Found throughout Indiana.

Also reported from Quebeec to Manitoba and from Florida to Texas.
