Impatiens capensis
Spotted jewelweed

Interesting info

Jewelweed is attractive because of its orange flower and its unusual trumpet shape.

Watch for ruby-throated hummingbirds as they come for nectar.

The juice from the stem is reputed to relieve itching from poison ivy.

Also known as touch-me-not because the ripe seed pod bursts readily when squeezed, sending the seeds flying (try it!).
