The biology department at USI provides challenging classes that cause students to really learn how to study. The biology classes prepare students well for any pre-professional program that they decide to tackle.

The facilities in the biology department are more than adequate for promoting a comfortable learning environment. My mind has nearly always been stimulated as a student in the biology department.

The professors realize that USI is a teaching university before it is a research university, which suits the students well. The biology department offers a variety of upper-level classes that prepare students for professional and graduate schooling.

With the proper desire and work ethic, students can
achieve anything they want while learning in the biology department here at
USI.
