Chernobyl: A Visit to the Destroyed Reactor and its Impact by Dr. William H. Zoller

Place:  Room 100, Koch Center, University of Evansville

 

Dr. Zoller is a nuclear chemist with an interest in atmospheric chemistry.  One of his areas of study is radioisotopes in the environment from nuclear testing and reactor accidents.  He will discuss the Chernobyl accident and its global impact.

NOVEMBER:  Dr. Steven Milne, Department of Pharmacology at Vanderbilt University will discuss ‘Lipids and Membrane Dynamics’ on November 10 at the Briarpatch in Owensboro. Steve is a KWC grad!!!

 

DECEMBER:  A tour of Red Spot Paint and dinner at the Gerst Haus is planned for December 10.
