the IN-KY Section Chair:
It’s time to get involved with your local section!!!
Our section has over 180
members of different backgrounds, ages and professional affiliations. The local section activities in the next few months will
celebrate our diverse membership. We invite you to participate in our events.
The new local Younger Chemists Committee chapter is sponsoring an undergraduate poster
session.
October is a busy
month. Section members, mostly from the
area universities and GE affinity and volunteer groups, are sponsoring
activities including a Girl Scouts Science Event at USI, Hands on Discovery at
the Children’s Museum and National Chemistry Week visits.
There are several
meetings on the schedule. Come to dinner
before the meeting and chat with other area chemists.
We will end the fall with
a holiday celebration on Friday, December 8 at the
