• Current USI student majoring in mathematics
• Residency Requirement
• U.S. Citizen or legally residing in the United States
• Enrollment status:
• Enrolled as a full-time student in the previous fall and spring semesters
• Must successfully complete 15 credit hours each semester the scholarship is received
• Must enroll in at least one math class satisfying a requirement of the major each semester the scholarship is received
• Academic requirements: Current USI students must be in good standing with the University
• Selection decisions made by a committee appointed by the Chair of the Department of Mathematics
• The applicant may receive other forms of academic assistance without jeopardizing his/her eligibility as long as maximum financial aid does not exceed cost of board, room, tuition and books.
