Homework Homework is due on the days indicated on the syllabus. Homework is due at the beginning of class. The totality of the homework counts as one test score towards your final grade.
Exams Three exams are scheduled for the semester. You will be allowed one 8.5" x 11" 'cheat sheet' for each exam.
Labs Laboratory work is mandatory, but the details are entirely up to the lab supervisor, Pam Spelbring. I can tell you: you will need a scientific calculator, and you will need to know how to use its statistical functions.
Final The final is mandatory and cumulative. It is scheduled for Thursday, May 4, 6:00.
Final Grade Tests 16% x 3 = 48%
Lab* 16% x 1 = 16%
Homework 16% x 1 = 16%
Final 20% x 1 = 20%
Total = 100%
* If you fail ( < 60%) the lab portion of the course, you cannot receive a passing grade for the class.
