Mrs. Beth Otto teaches Growth & Development of the Middle Level Learner and Teaching Exceptional Children.

Her teaching experience began in special education. She has 13 years of experience working as a resource teacher at the middle school level. Her college experience has consisted of eight years of teaching Dev. English and Introduction to Education, 9 years as an Adjunct faculty member, and most recently 7 years as a full-time faculty member here at USI.

Mrs. Otto truly enjoys working with pre-service teachers, and she is continually motivated by the potential of our students.
