Dr. Bussing earned her Ph.D. in Education Administration from Indiana State University in Terre Haute, IN. Prior to joining USI she was the Director of the Catholic Schools for the Diocese of Evansville. As Director, Dr. Bussing oversaw the operation of 26 Catholic elementary schools, and 4 Catholic high schools in Southwest Indiana.
