Resident Student Vehicle Registration

Please print and complete the PDF Vehicle Registration form.  Completed PDF forms will be accepted at the Housing check-in locations at the times listed below.  The Local Address field must include the on-campus address for Housing residents (Example: 8112A O'Daniel Ln - Jennings Building or 1600 Rankin Ln - Newman Hall room 102) or the Evansville-area address for commuter students, faculty, and staff.  All applicable fields must be completed for the form to be accepted.

  • We are currently only accepting Resident Student registrations.  Vehicle Registration for non-permit parking (commuter students, faculty, and staff) will resume on Tuesday, August 26th.
  • Resident students whose registrations were not received by the deadline (Monday, August 18th) will be required to submit a completed registration form during Housing Check-in in order to receive a permit. To avoid a long wait in line, print out and complete the attached PDF form prior to arrival at Housing Check-in.
  • In order to be properly processed, registrations must be completed per the instructions listed above, including the on-campus address and all vehicle information (license plate number, Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), etc.). Incomplete registrations will not be accepted or processed.
  • Parking permit enforcement for Housing and Residence Hall residents will begin at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, August 25th.

If you submitted a Vehicle Registration online or via mail or fax on or prior to the Monday, August 18th deadline and have received a confirmation email, you may pick up your permit packet at the above times/locations. If you did not pre-register by the above date or did not receive a confirmation email, you will need to bring a completed Vehicle Registration form to check-in in order to receive your permit.

You will need to present picture identification (student ID or driver's license) to receive your permit.

The Parking Office will be closed during the above times; all staff members will be assisting with Housing vehicle registration at the check-in locations.
