Employee/Visitor Appeals
Please print and complete the attached PDF copy of the Traffic Appeals Committee appeal form. The completed form may be turned in to the Parking Department or Human Resources during normal business hours and should include the citation number, a copy of the citation, and - if applicable - the employee's ID number.
Employee (faculty/staff) and visitor appeals are heard by the University Traffic Appeals Committee. Questions regarding the status of employee/visitor appeals may be addressed to John Hunt, Committee Chairman, at jhunt@usi.edu or 812/461-5366.
