Please complete the online registration below or print and fill out the PDF Vehicle Registration form. Completed PDF forms may be returned to the USI Parking Department office in person or by fax (812/465-1279). The Local Address field must include the on-campus address for Housing residents (Example: 8112A O'Daniel Ln - Jennings Building or 1600 Rankin Ln - Newman Hall room 102) or the Evansville-area address for commuter students, faculty, and staff. All applicable fields must be completed for the form to be accepted. Resident students who have successfully completed the online form may pick up their parking permit decal from the Parking Office (please allow two business days for processing).
FALL 2013 VEHICLE REGISTRATION: Vehicle Registration for Resident Students, Resident Faculty/Staff, and Housing Staff/Non-Resident Student Staff will begin on July 1, 2013. No registrations for those categories will be accepted prior to that date.
