Social Work Minor
Social work positions are expected to increase 36% or more by the year 2012.
For students planning to major in a degree program in the helping professions, the 18-hour Minor in Social Work combines theory with application to prepare students for a career working with individuals, groups or communities, and positions that deal with social service systems.
