Master of Social Work

Degree Tracks

The Department of Social Work offers both a full-time and part-time graduate program leading to the Master of Social Work (MSW) degree. The MSW program is fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.

The program offers four tracks at USI and two tracks in Terre Haute.

Curriculum design for each of the six tracks:

USI Campus

Terre Haute Campus

School Social Work Certificate Program (available to all tracks)

NOTE: Applicants for the advanced standing programs must have a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree from a Council on Social Work Education accredited program. Students must apply to a specific "track" (e.g. two year full-time) and must stay on that track in order to complete a program of study leading to the MSW degree.
