Facility Rental Fees & Charges

Non-University affiliated individuals, groups, and organizations will incur the following fees:

  • Room rental fees (includes standard room set-up)
  • Labor charges in non-standard room set-ups are required
  • Audio visual equipment charges
  • 15% Conference Services Fee (10% for Non-Profit *Certificate Required)
  • Security, if necessary
  • Other charges if additional service or rentals are required
  • Sales tax must be assessed on facility rentals, food, and services unless an Indiana Sales Tax Exempt Certificate is provided by the group or organization to the University.
Individuals, groups, and organizations will be subject to additional charges if any of the following apply (see Facility Reservation Policies and Procedures for further details)
  • Extra cleaning is necessary following the event
  • Damage repair or replacement of University property
  • Cancellation fee
