The Office of Scheduling Services is the sole contact for reserving all indoor and outdoor University facilities including the University Center, academic space, conference rooms, dining rooms, recreational areas and outdoor areas on the campus of USI.

The University offers a wide range of conference rooms, classrooms, auditorium-style rooms, a ballroom, an outdoor education area, athletic facilities and fields.

Scheduling Services assists students, faculty, staff, public and private organizations in search of facilities and services to accommodate their needs in planning a broad spectrum of events including lectures, educational seminars, workshops, weddings, receptions, family reunions, graduations, dances, concerts and company picnics.
