Related University Links USI At a Glance Food Service

The cost of using a university grill will be $35 for gas, $25 for delivery, and a $15 rental fee totaling $75. If you order food from USI Dining for your event you will be able to use a new grill and will not be charged the $15 rental fee reducing the free to $60.

To use a new university grill you must order food from USI Dining.

Groups will be responsible for burning off and cleaning the grill. If the grill has not been cleaned satisfactory the group will be subject to a $50 cleaning charge.

Each grill will be equipped with a large grill brush and lighter. Groups that fail to return the grills with these items will be charged the cost for their replacement.
