Day Campers per participant, per day includes
Activity space
Breakfast and lunch
Service charge
Package I - for resident groups per participant, per day includes
Sleeping room (4 per a suite or apartment), without linens
Three meals per day in The Loft (you may substitute a catered event or boxed lunch as your schedule requires)
Meeting/classroom/activity space for small groups (maximum of 50 participants per room)
Service charge
Package II - for resident groups per participant, per day includes
Sleeping rooms (4 per suite or apartment), with linens
Use of residence hall computer lab and multi-purpose room
Three meals per day in The Loft (you may substitute a catered event or boxed lunch as your schedule requires)
Meeting/classroom/activity space for small groups (maximum of 50 participants per room)
Basic a/v and water service in meeting rooms
Service charge
Package III - for resident groups per participant, per day includes
Sleeping rooms (2 - 4 per suite or apartment), with linens and toiletries
Use residence hall computer lab and multi-purpose room
Three meals per day in The Loft (you may substitute a catered event or boxed lunch as your schedule requires)
Basic a/v and water service in meeting rooms
All meeting/activity space, meeting tables clothed
Beverages and snacks at meetings
