2006-07: Needs 22 three-point field goals to become the USI all-time leader...also needs 122 points to become the 18th Screaming Eagle to reach 1,000 points.

2005-06: Played in 31 games, started 15 as a junior...missed the Disney Division II Tip-off Classic with a broken foot...set the USI single-season record for free throw percentage by hitting 91.4 percent (32-35) in 2005-06...averaged 8.8 points and 2.8 rebounds per game...scored a season-high 23 points in the home win over the University of Indianapolis...cleared the glass of a season-high six rebounds twice...ranked third in the GLVC and second on the team with a .444 three-point field goal percentage (68-153)...also ranked fifth in the conference and second on the team with 68 three-point field goals made.

2004-05: Earned honorable mention All-GLVC honors as a sophomore...led the team and ranked eighth in the GLVC with 75 three-point field goals made...played in all 32 games last season, becoming a starter eight games into the year...averaged 9.3 points and 4.4 rebounds...scored a career-high 25 points against Ferris State University and grabbed a career-best 10 rebounds versus the University of Wisconsin-Parkside...dished out a career-high six assists against the University of Indianapolis.

2003-04: GLVC Freshman of the Year after averaging 8.7 points and 2.7 rebounds per game...played in all 35 games as a freshman, started six times...led the Eagles and ranked seventh in the GLVC with 72 three-point field goals made...averaged 10.1 points and 3.2 rebounds per game during the conference regular season...scored a season-high 19 points against Lewis University. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Collected four letters in basketball at Forest Park High School in Ferdinand, Indiana...named the Evansville Courier & Press 2002-03 Player of the Year and to the All-Southwestern Indiana team...also named honorable mention All-State as a senior...helped FPHS to the Indiana Class 2A state finals...averaged 17.6 ppg and broke the FPHS career scoring record with 1,271 points...established FPHS career records for field goals (429), three-point field goals (187), steals (150), and free-throw percentage (90.0 percent)...tied the Indiana high school record of 72 consecutive free throws made...also set the FPHS single-game record for three-point field goals made (7).

PERSONAL: Born July 28, 1984...son of Mike and Jane Van Winkle.
