TRANSFER: Transferred to USI from Brevard Community College (Cocoa, Florida)...sat out the 2003-04season...named All-Region, All-State, and All-Conference performer as as sophomore in 2002-03...ranked second nationally in scoring with 28.6 points per game and eighth in assists with 8.3 per game...also broke the BCC school record for career-points, single-season record for steals, and single-game record for free throws made...was the top-ranked junior college guard in Florida and was ranked fifth nationally among junior college guards by the Sporting News as a sophomore...named All-State, All-Region, and All-Conference performer after averaging 21 points, 8.4 assists, and 3.4 steals per game as a freshman. HIGH SCHOOL: A two-sport star at Dunbar High School in Baltimore...was an All-State and All-Metro basketball player, averaging 25 points and 8.0 assists per game in leading DHS to the Maryland 2A state championship in 1999. Dorsey transferred to Gwynn Lake Prep School for his senior year and averaged 35 points and six assists per contest....was an All-State, All-Region, and High School All-American in football at DHS...set the DHS single-game record with 624 total yards and the Maryland state record with six touchdowns in a single contest.
