2006: Named Academic All-GLVC...posted his first career shutout and complete game with a five-hit victory over Bellarmine...had a career-best 2.83 ERA and tied a career-best by holding opposing hitters to a .255 batting average...struck out a career-high five batters in a win over Oakland City University......won two of his three starts in 2006.
2005: Named Academic All-GLVC for the second straight
season...appeared in 14 games out of the bullpen, recorded three
saves...the three saves ranked second on the team...had a 4.76 ERA in 11.1
innings of work...did not allow a run in 10 of his 14 appearances out of the
bullpen.
2004: Named Academic All-GLVC as a freshman...second on the team with three saves in 19 games...posted a season-high four strikeouts after earning a victory over Lewis University and earning a save in the win over the University of Indianapolis...held opposing teams to a team-best .255 batting average.
SUMMER BASEBALL: Pitched for the Dubois County Bombers of the Central Illinois Collegiate League in 2006...was 1-1 in 15 appearances out of the bullpen with a 4.06 ERA.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in baseball and basketball at Madisonville-North Hopkins High School in Madisonville, Kentucky...named honorable mention Academic All-State...led MNH with a 10-2 record and a four-to-one strikeout to walk ratio as a senior...posted a 7-1 record and a 1.57 ERA as a junior...enjoyed success at the plate with a .370 batting average in 2003...helped lead MNH to four district championships between 2000 and 2003.
