2007:
Named the All-Tournament teams at the NCAA Division II North Central
Regional and the NCAA Division II Championship Series...led the Eagle staff
in the regional, earning a win and a save, and during the championship
series, posting a complete-game shutout...finished the season strong, going
3-0 with a save and a 0.32 ERA in the GLVC, North Central Regional, and NCAA
II Championship series...tied a school record with eight victories...had an
8-3 overall record and a 2.10 ERA in a school-record 103 innings of
work...also struck out a team-high 66 batters... recorded a season-best
eight strike outs three times...named Academic All-GLVC.
TRANSFER: Transferred to USI after two seasons at the University of Evansville...made 33 appearances on the mound for the Aces and posted a 6.32 ERA...struck out 17 batters in the two season.
HIGH SCHOOL: A three-sport athlete at Tecumseh High School (Lynnville, Indiana)...was an All-State selection in both baseball and football...named the THS Most Valuable Player in baseball, basketball, and football...posted an 8-4 record with a 1.35 ERA as a senior, striking out 156 in 85 innings...had a career record of 30-6 with 433 strikeouts...helped THS to the Indiana state crown in 2003, throwing a one-hitter in the state semifinal game.
SUMMER BASEBALL: Pitched for the Dubois County Dragons in 2005.
PERSONAL: Born January 27, 1986...son of George and Brenda Julian.
