2007: Named to the NCAA Division II North Central Regional All-Tournament team after throwing eight shutout innings to win the regional championship game over Grand Valley State University...had the staff's best winning percentage with 6-0 record in seven starts and 18 appearances... recorded a career-best 3.42 ERA in 55.1 innings of work...ranked third on the team with 51 strikeouts...recorded a career-best 10 strikeouts in the season-opener against Oakland City University.
2006: Made 10 appearances as a sophomore, posting a 2-4
record...was 2-3 in five starts on the mound...posted a 4.72 ERA and ranked
fourth on the team with 31 strike outs...struck out a season-best eight
batters against Oakland City University and
Kentucky Wesleyan College.
2005: Made 13 appearances and one start on the mound as a freshman...struck out a season-high six batters in a relief appearance at the University of Missouri-St. Louis...recorded his first collegiate save against UMSL.
SUMMER BASEBALL: Named New York Collegiate Baseball League All-Star after going 4-2 with a 1.77 ERA for the Geneva Red Wings in 2006...was 0-1 with a 4.32 ERA in three games for the Red Wings...played three years with the Indianapolis Bulldogs.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in baseball and basketball at Plainfield High School (Plainfield, Indiana)...posted an 8-2 record with a 3.09 ERA as a senior...also had 88 strikeouts in 56.7 innings pitched in his final campaign with PHS...helped lead PHS to county and conference championships in 2004...was named All-Conference the last two years.
