2006: Named Academic All-GLVC...USI's top hitter and lead-off batter in 2006...hit .323 and
tied for the team lead with 23 runs scored...also tied for the team lead
with two triples and for second on the team with nine doubles...tied for
sixth on the team with 11 RBIs...had a team-best 15 stolen bases...had a
season-best three hits in a game four times as a sophomore...scored a
season-high three runs against Oakland City University and stole a
season-high two bases in four games...hit his first home run as an Eagle
against Oakland City....led the team with 18 multiple hit games...had the
team's longest hitting streak, 10 games.
TRANSFER: Transferred to USI from Winthrop University... played in five games in 2005 after redshirting in 2004...a part of the Winthrop Big South Championship team in 2005.
SUMMER BASEBALL: Named the New York Collegiate Baseball League All-Star and the Bob Bellizzi Big Stick Award winner after helping the Saratoga Phillies to the NYCBL title...batted .417 with three runs scored, four RBIs, two triples, and four walks during the championship series...batted .348 with 25 RBIs and 17 stolen bases overall... played for Vermont Mountaineers of the New England College Baseball League during 2004 and 2005.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played four years for Fox Lane High School (Mt. Kisco, New York)...batted .458 with seven home runs, 12 doubles, six triples, and 43 RBIs as a senior...2003 TPX Louisville Slugger and Collegiate Baseball Magazine All-American at FLHS...also hit .455 with 35 RBIs and 59 runs scored as a junior...helped lead FLHS to the state finals in 2003.
