2007: USI's lead-off man for the most of the season...led off the game for USI with a home run in the NCAA Division II Championship series win over Angelo State University...batted .273 with 49 runs scored, 17 RBIs, 12 doubles, one home run, and 31 stolen bases... the 31 stolen bases ranked second on the team...had a season-high three hits three times in 2007...drove in a season-high four RBIs against the University of Alabama-Huntsville...had a nine-game hitting streak that ranked third best on the team in 2007.
TRANSFER: Transferred to USI from McHenry County College (Crystal Lake, Illinois)...named second team All-American as a sophomore after posting a 5-1 record and a 2.61 ERA on the mound and a .437 batting average, 63 stolen bases, and 33 RBIs at the plate...also was named first team All-Conference and All-Region in 2006...was named second team All-Conference as a freshman...had 122 stolen bases in two seasons with MCC.
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned letters in baseball, basketball, and football at Crystal Lake Central High School (Crystal Lake, Illinois)...was an All-Area and All-Conference football player at CLCHS.
SUMMER BASEBALL: Member of the Crystal Lake Cardinals that play in the Chicago Suburban Baseball League...batted .341 with 16 RBIs and 35 stolen bases at the plate, while posting a 1-1 record and a 2.33 ERA on the mound...helped the Cardinals to the Metro Amatuer Baseball League championship and to the National Amatuer Baseball Federation World Series in 2005 and 2006...was named to the CSBL All-Star game in 2005.
