fourth with 16 runs scored...had a season-high three hits against the University of
Wisconsin-Parkside and Quincy University.
2005: Played in 52 games, started 48, in his first season with USI...ranked second on the team with 26 RBIs and 12 doubles...batted .284 with 19 runs scored...recorded a career-high four hits in the victory over the University of Missouri-St. Louis...drove in a season-best three runs in wins over Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and UMSL.
TRANSFER: Played one season for DePauw University (Greencastle, Indiana)...played in 30 games for the Tigers, hitting .261 with two home runs and 17 RBIs.
SUMMER BASEBALL: Helped the Clarinda A's of the Missouri-Iowa-Nebraska-Kansas Baseball League to the second round of the National Baseball Congress World Series and to the Central USA Regional crown...batted .307 in 35 games with 19 runs scored, 11 RBIs, and eight doubles.
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned letters in baseball, basketball, and football at Castle High School (Newburgh, Indiana)...was All-Conference and All-Metro at CHS while hitting .385 as a senior...member of the CHS state finalist team in 2002.
