HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in baseball, basketball, and tennis at Bosse High School (Evansville, Indiana)...combined with his brother, Troy, to set the IHSAA state record for double plays in a season...was named honorable mention All-State and Academic All-State in tennis in 2006...also named All-District and All-SIAC in 2004, 2005, and 2006.
SUMMER BASEBALL: Played for Boonville American Legion in 2007...batted .425 with three home runs, 16 doubles, two triples, and 32 RBIs...also had a .500 on-base percentage.
PERSONAL: Born July 31, 1988...son of Daniel and Weslee Wagner.
