Mother Nature postpones USI baseball again
Mother Nature has once again postponed the start of the 2003 baseball season for the University of Southern Indiana. The USI-Murray State University game, scheduled for Wednesday, February 19, has been moved to Thursday, February 20, in Murray, Kentucky. Game time is 2 p.m.
The USI home opener against Oakland City University, scheduled for Thursday, will be postponed to a later date.
The Screaming Eagles are still scheduled to play a three-game series with Purdue University North Central Saturday and Sunday, February 22-23, at the USI Baseball Field. Game time Saturday is 2 p.m., while Sunday’s doubleheader is 11 a.m.
