Julian signs with Otters
EVANSVILLE, Ind. -- Former University of Southern Indiana left-handed pitcher Cory Julian signed to play for the Evansville Otters this summer.
Julian played for the Screaming Eagles in 2007 and 2008, posting a career record of 13-8 and a two-year ERA of 2.79. He was 8-3 with a team-best 2.10 ERA (27th in the NCAA Division II) in 2007 when the Eagles advanced to the semi-finals of the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship Series.
Prior to joining the Eagles, Julian pitched two seasons for the University of Evansville and was a two-sport All-State slection at Tecumseh High School.
