Weather forces schedule change for USI baseball
Eagles-Flyers series changed to Friday & Saturday
EVANSVILLE, Ind. – The University of Southern Indiana baseball series at Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois, has been changed from four games on Saturday and Sunday to three games on Friday and Saturday due to the forecast of inclement weather in the Chicago area.
The series will start with a 3 p.m. single game on Friday and conclude with a noon doubleheader on Saturday.
The Eagles go into the series with a 22-8 overall record and a 10-2 mark in the GLVC, while Lewis is 13-12 overall, 2-6 GLVC. USI trails in the all-time series with Lewis, 46-39, but has won seven of the last eight against the Flyers.
