Played in all 27 games during his first season with the Screaming Eagles,
started 25...ranked second on the team with 11.4 points and 4.1 rebounds per
game...led the team and ranked seventh in the GLVC with 47 steals (1.7 per
game)...scored a season-best 23 points and made a season-high six steals in
his USI debut against Harris-Stowe State University...grabbed a season-high
nine rebounds at home against Quincy University...ranked second on the team
with 11 blocks with a season-best two against the University of
Wisconsin-Parkside and the University of Indianapolis.
TRANSFER: Transferred to USI from Ventura Community College (Ventura, California)...was the Western State Conference North Division Most Outstanding Player...also named first team All-State by the California Community College Basketball Association... averaged 15.6 points, 8.9 rebounds, 2.1 steals, and 1.8 assists per game in 2006-07...helped the Pirates to a 26-7 overall record as a sophomore, advancing to the California Junior College state semifinals...also was a member of the VCC squad that won conference championships in 2005-06 and 2006-07.
HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in basketball at Bronx Regional High School
(Bronx, New York)... also won the Rucker Park Slam Dunk Contest that is a
part of the Entertainer's Basketball Classic, played at the legendary Rucker
Park Playground in Harlem, New York.
