2000: Cut three minutes from his 8k personal record in 2000…had his best finish as a junior in the 4-mile Stegemoller Classic, placing 35th with a time of 25:09…also placed 76th in the GLVC Championship with a time of 39:28. 1999: Came in 32nd at the Southern Illinois University Season Opener for his best finish as a sophomore with a four-mile time of 27:01…placed 56th in the 8k Stegemoller Classic with a time of 32:41 and 85th in the GLVC Championships with a time of 40:29.2. High School: Participated in track and cross country at Mater Dei High School in Evansville, Indiana.

2000: Solid freshman campaign in 2000, breaking into the team’s top five on three occasions…cut 90 seconds from his 10k personal record during the spring (33:01)…posted a season-best finish of 15th in the Stegemoller Classic with a four-mile time of 21:57…placed 30th at the GLVC Championships with a 10k time of 34:25 and 51st at the NCAA Division II Great Lakes Regional with a time of 34:49.2. High School: Won five letters in cross country and track at Portage High School in Portage, Indiana…member of the 1999 cross country state championship team at PHS…named All-Conference, All-Sectional, and All-Regional performer at PHS.

2000: Did not run in 2000.  1999: Posted a season-best 16th in the GLVC Championship with a 10k time of 33:58.6…finished 21st at the Southern Illinois University Opener with a four-mile  21:51.4 and 22nd in the Stegemoller Classic with an 8k 26:46…named the GLVC Freshman of the Year for Indoor Track and Field…record personal records of 1:56:08 in the 800m and 4:18 in the mile. 1998: Redshirted. High School: Graduated from Mater Dei High School in Evansville, Indiana.

2000: Placed a season-best 62nd in the GLVC Championship with a 10k mark of 36:57. High School Attended South Central High School in Elizabeth, Indiana…played basketball in addition to running cross country and track…three-time All-Conference and All-Sectional selection in addition to a two-time All-Region honoree in cross country at SCHS.

2000: Posted a season-best 14th place finish in the four-mile Stegemoller Classic with a time of 21:56…battled through illness to place 67th at the Indiana Intercollegiates with an 8k time of 27:18, 22nd at the GLVC Championships with a 10k time of 34:02, and 77th at the NCAA II Great Lakes Regional with a time 34:49.2…recorded personal records of 8:50 in the 3k and 31:39 for 10k during track. 1999: Had a top finish of seventh at the Stegemoller Classic with a 25:30 time in the 8k…finished 21st with a time of 34:19.3 in the 10k at the GLVC Championships. High School: Won the 1999 conference, sectional, and regional titles…a member of Floyd Central High School’s sectional and regional championship teams in 1996 through 1999.

2000: Began his junior season with his best race of the year, posting a 25th place finish in the four-mile Stegemoller Classic with a four-mile time of 23:24…finished 81st at the GLVC Championships with a 10k time of 40:22. 1999: Had his best race as a freshman in the 1998 Stegemoller Classic, taking 22nd with a time of 25:51.74 over the four-mile course. 1998: Placed 73rd in the GLVC Championships, posting a time of 38:29.40 in 1998. High School: Collected letters in cross country and track at Evansville North High School…member of the 1995 and 1996 city championship teams and the 1996 regional championship team.

2000: USI’s second-best runner in five of the six meets as a junior…his top finishes in 2000 were 12th in the Stegeomoller Classic with a four-mile time of 21:46 and 13th in the GLVC Championships with a 10k time of 33:31…ran for several personal bests in 2001 with a 8:50 in the 3k, 15:16 in 5k, 25:20 in the 8k, and 32:08 in 10k. 1999: Finished with a season-best sixth place at the 1999 Stegemoller Classic with a 25:24 time in the 8k. 1998: Named Academic All-GLVC in cross country and track as a freshman…turned in a top race of sixth at the 1998 Stegemoller Classic, posting a time of 22:21.38 as a freshman…placed 34th at the GLVC Championships with a time of 35:18.30 in 1998. High School: Attended Rising Sun High School, participating in cross country, track, and basketball…named All-Conference in cross country and track 12 times in four seasons at RSHS.

2000: Limited to six weeks of preparation due to an injury…posted USI’s best time in the NCAA Division II Great Lakes Regional with a 10k mark of 32:44.4, finishing 16th…finished 13th in the GLVC Championships with a 10k time of 33:39…was one of USI’s top three runners four times in five meets. High School: Attended Centralia High School in Centralia, Illinois…member of the 1999 South 7 cross country championship team…won the Scholar Athlete Award in 1999-00…three-time All-South selection in cross country.

High School: Lettered in cross country, track and wrestling at Mt. Vernon High School in Mt. Vernon, Indiana...named All-Conference twice...honor roll student at MVHS.

High School: Earned seven varsity letters in cross country and track at Tell City High School (Tell City, Indiana)…two-time regional qualifier and All-Big 8 in cross country (1999) and track (2000)…member of the three-time sectional championship cross country team and four-time cross country semi-state qualifier at TCHS.
