INDOOR TRACK: Posted a top time of 10:11.00 in the 3,000 meters at the USA Track and Field Open...recorded a season-best time of 17:37.09 in the 5,000 meters at the Illini Classic. OUTDOOR TRACK: Ran the 5,000 meters in a season-best 17:36.73 at the Wabash Relays, a performance that placed him in a career-best fifth place...posted a top 10,000-meter time of 39.20.21 at the Washington University Invitational.

Came in 32nd at the Southern Illinois University Season Opener for his best finish as a sophomore with a four-mile time of 27:01…placed 56th in the 8k Stegemoller Classic with a time of 32:41 and 85th in the GLVC Championships with a time of 40:29.2. INDOOR TRACK: Competed in one race, posting a top 5,000-meter time of 19:22.00 at the Stan Lyons Open. OUTDOOR TRACK: Did not compete.

Became the ninth men's runner in USI history to earn All-America honors after finishing 13th at the NCAA Division II National Championships with a 10k time of 32:21.1...placed first and earned All-GLVC honors with a 10k 32:35 at the GLVC Championships...also placed first at the Chris Jones Invitational...posted a season-best 8k time at the Indiana Intercollegiates with a 4th place 24:03.0. INDOOR TRACK: Recorded USI's fastest times of the indoor season in the 3,000 meters (8:40.94 at the USA Open) and the 5,000 meters (15:10.71 at the Cannon IV Classic)...earned All-GLVC honors in the 5,000 meters after finishing second at the GLVC Championships with a time of 15:21.57...finished third in the 3,000 meters at the GLVC Championships. OUTDOOR TRACK: Qualified for the NCAA II Championships in the 3,000-meter steeplechase...finished 11th at the NCAA II Championships...won four races in the steeplechase and the 5,000 meters...earned All-GLVC honors after winning the steeplechase at the GLVC Championships...recorded the top two times for USI during the outdoor season in both the steeplechase and the 5,000 meters...posted a season-best 9:11.86 in the steeplechase at the Butler Qualifier...recorded a season-best 5,000-meter time of 14:49.50...recorded USI's fastest time of the outdoor season in the 10,000 meters with a 30:24.27 at the Hillsdale Gina Relays, a performance that ranks him fifth all-time at USI in the outdoor 10,000-meter run.

TRANSFER: Transferred to USI from the University of Louisville...was redshirted in all three sports at USI in 2000-01.

INDOOR TRACK: Competed mainly in the 5,000 meters, posting a top time of 15:56.79 at the USA Track and Field Open...posted a top finish (5th) in the 5,000 meters at the Illini Classic. OUTDOOR TRACK: Competed in the 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters...posted 34:23.62 and a 8th place finish in the 10,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...ran a season-best time of 15:50.80 in the 5,000 meters at the Washington University Mini Meet.

CROSS COUNTRY: Posted a season-best 16th in the GLVC Championship with a 10k time of 33:58.6…finished 21st at the Southern Illinois University Opener with a four-mile  21:51.4 and 22nd in the Stegemoller Classic with an 8k 26:46. INDOOR TRACK: Named the GLVC Freshman of the Year…record personal records of 1:56:08 in the 800 meters and 4:18.41 in the mile...1:56.08 in the 800 meters represents the second fastest indoor time in USI history...4:18.41 in the mile was the fastest time by any USI runner in the mile during the indoor season...won the GLVC Championship in the mile with a time of 4:19.85. OUTDOOR TRACK: Recorded USI's top time in the 800 meters (1:59.48) and the 1,500 meters (3:58.63)...finished third in the 1,500 meters at the GLVC Championships.

INDOOR TRACK: Competed in the 3,000 and 5,000-meter runs...posted a top-time of 8:56.92 in the 3,000 meters at the Hoosier Hills Open...recorded a season-best 15:29.61 and USI's third fastest 5,000-meter time of the indoor season at the Cannon IV Classic...finished fourth at the GLVC Championships with a 5,000-meter time of 15:40.01. INDOOR TRACK: Had a top mile time of 4:21.73, placing him third at the GLVC Championships...recorded a top 3,000-meter time of 8:48.26 at the USA Open...recorded the second fastest 5,000-meter time of any USI runner in the indoor season as he ran 15:20.77 at the Cannon IV Classic. OUTDOOR TRACK: His 3:54.35 in the 1,500 meters at the Butler Qualifier was the fastest by a USI runner during the outdoor season and ranks him fourth all-time at USI in the outdoor 1,500-meter run...finished fifth in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships after posting a top time of 15:15.11.

INDOOR TRACK: Competed in the 3,000 meters as well as the 5,000 meters...posted USI's third fastest 3,000-meter time (8:46.18) of the indoor season at the USI Open...finished fourth in the 3,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...won the 3,000 meters at the GLIAC/GLVC Challenge with a time of 8:47.38...posted a season-best 15:25.89 in the 5,000 meters at the Cannon IV Classic. OUTDOOR TRACK: Came on strong toward the end of the season, posting NCAA II provisional qualifying marks in the 3,000-meter steeplechase two times in the final four meets of the season...had a season-best 9:18.26 in the steeplechase at the Butler Twilight, a time that captured a third-place finish...finished third in the steeplechase at the GLVC Championships...recorded a top 5,000-meter time of 15:27.65 at the Washington University Invitational...finished seventh in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships.

OUTDOOR TRACK: Recorded USI's third-fastest 3,000-meter steeplechase time (9:54.30) of the outdoor season at the GLVC Championships, a performance that captured fourth place...finished fifth in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships with a time of 16:08.16...had a top 5,000-meter time of 15:50.17 at the Raleigh Relays...a member of USI's first and only steeplechase medley relay team...team posted a 14:52.10 and finished second at the Wabash Relays...member of 4x1,600-meter relay team that finished first at the Wabash Relays with a school-record 18:29.36.

INDOOR TRACK: Competed in the 3,000 and 5,000-meter runs...had a season-best time of 9:09.58 in the 3,000 meters at the USA Open...recorded a top 5,000-meter time of 15:57.33 at the GLIAC/GLVC Challenge. OUTDOOR TRACK: Competed in just two races during the outdoor season, posting a time of 9:56.25 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Cardinal Open...performance landed him a ninth place finish.

CROSS COUNTRY:
Posted a season best of 65th in the GLVC Championships with a 10k time of 36:57…recorded a personal best of 26:38 in the 8k and 16:02 in the 5k. INDOOR TRACK: Posted a season-best time of 9:27.00 and finished 18th in the 3,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...recorded a top 5,000-meter time of 16:40.30 at the USA Track and Field Open. OUTDOOR TRACK: Ran a season-best 3,000-meter steeplechase in 10:32.54 at the Woodland Mortgage INUSATF Championships...recorded a top time of 16:06.10 in the 5,000 meters at the Washington University Mini Meet...a member of USI's first and only steeplechase medley relay team...team posted a 14:52.10 and finished second at the Wabash Relays.

High School: Earned seven varsity letters in cross country and track at Tell City High School (Tell City, Indiana)…two-time regional qualifier and All-Big 8 in cross country (1999) and track (2000)…member of the three-time sectional championship cross country team and four-time cross country semi-state qualifier at TCHS.

OUTDOOR TRACK: Recorded the second-fastest 800-meter time of a USI runner during the outdoor season, recording a 2:04.69 at the GLVC Championships.
