INDOOR TRACK: Had a top mile time of 4:21.73, placing him third at the GLVC Championships...recorded a top 3,000-meter time of 8:48.26 at the USA Open...recorded the second fastest 5,000-meter time of any USI runner in the indoor season as he ran 15:20.77 at the Cannon IV Classic. OUTDOOR TRACK: His 3:54.35 in the 1,500 meters at the Butler Qualifier was the fastest by a USI runner during the outdoor season and ranks him fourth all-time at USI in the outdoor 1,500-meter run...finished fifth in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships after posting a top time of 15:15.11.

Limited to six weeks of preparation due to an injury…posted USI’s best time in the NCAA Division II Great Lakes Regional with a 10k mark of 32:44.4, finishing 16th…finished 13th in the GLVC Championships with a 10k time of 33:39…was one of USI’s top three runners four times in five meets. INDOOR TRACK: Did not compete. OUTDOOR TRACK: Ran one race, posting USI's fastest 1,500-meter time (4:11.63) of the spring at the Little State Championships.

INDOOR TRACK: Competed in the 3,000 meters as well as the 5,000 meters...posted USI's third fastest 3,000-meter time (8:46.18) of the indoor season at the USI Open...finished fourth in the 3,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...won the 3,000 meters at the GLIAC/GLVC Challenge with a time of 8:47.38...posted a season-best 15:25.89 in the 5,000 meters at the Cannon IV Classic. INDOOR TRACK: Ran the 1,000 meters in 2:42.60 at the USA Track and Field Open...recorded a top mile time of 4:29.93, the third fastest mile time by a USI runner during the indoor season...posted a season-best 8:58.36 in the 3,000 meters at the Cannon IV Classic. OUTDOOR TRACK: Recorded USI's third-fastest 3,000-meter steeplechase time (9:54.30) of the outdoor season at the GLVC Championships, a performance that captured fourth place...finished fifth in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships with a time of 16:08.16...had a top 5,000-meter time of 15:50.17 at the Raleigh Relays...a member of USI's first and only steeplechase medley relay team...team posted a 14:52.10 and finished second at the Wabash Relays...member of 4x1,600-meter relay team that finished first at the Wabash Relays with a school-record 18:29.36.

OUTDOOR TRACK: Ran a season-best 3,000-meter steeplechase in 10:32.54 at the Woodland Mortgage INUSATF Championships...recorded a top time of 16:06.10 in the 5,000 meters at the Washington University Mini Meet...a member of USI's first and only steeplechase medley relay team...team posted a 14:52.10 and finished second at the Wabash Relays.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned seven varsity letters in cross country and track at Tell City High School (Tell City, Indiana)…two-time regional qualifier and All-Big 8 in cross country (1999) and track (2000)…member of the three-time sectional championship cross country team and four-time cross country semi-state qualifier at TCHS.

OUTDOOR TRACK: Ran the 800 meters at the Gerald England Invitational in a season-best 2:07.97...had his best 1,500-meter time (4:26.79) of the season at the Vanderbilt Invitational.

2001-02
CROSS COUNTRY:
Ran to a 17th place finish in the Stegemoller Classic with a 32:15 8k time and a 74th place finish in the GLVC Championships with a 10k time of 39:42. INDOOR TRACK: Competed in the 800 meters, posting a top time of 2:06.19 at the Smith Barney Invitational. OUTDOOR TRACK: Recorded the second-fastest 800-meter time of a USI runner during the outdoor season, recording a 2:04.69 at the GLVC Championships.

TRANSFER: Transferred to USI from the University of Kentucky…did not run as a freshman at UK. HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Tell City High School…state qualifier in track with a personal best of 1:59.1 800m.
