INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in the sprinting events as well as the
4x200 and 4x400-meter relays...ran the 55 meters in 6.99 seconds and the 400
meters in 55.70 seconds...helped USI's 4x200-meter relay team to a
school-record time of 1:36.95 at the Tiger Invitational...recorded a mark of
19 feet, nine inches in the long jump at the Tiger Invitational. OUTDOOR
TRACK & FIELD: Individually, competed in the 100, 200, 400, and 400-meter
hurdles...narrowly missed the finals in the 100 and 200 meters at the GLVC
Championships, finishing 13th in both events with season-best times of 11.40
seconds and 22.89 seconds...his time in the 200 at the GLVC Championships set
a school record...finished 12th in the 400 meters at the GLVC Championships
with a season-best time of 50.75 seconds, the second-fastest time in USI
history...ran the 400-meter hurdles in a season-best 1:04.92 at the Cardinal
Open...helped USI's 4x100-meter relay team to a school-record time of 43.56
seconds and a third-place performance at the GLVC Championships...also
competed on USI's 4x400-meter relay team that finished sixth at the conference
meet.

dash times in school history, posting an :11.50 in the 100 meters at the

GLVC Championships...won the Louisville Cardinal Classic with a season-best 8k
time of 25:11.00...finished second in both the Belmont Opener and the Saluki
Invitational and third at the Indiana Intercollegiate. INDOOR TRACK:
Won the GLVC Championship in the 5,000 meters with a season-best and NCAA II
provisional qualifying time of 14:54.68...earned All-GLVC honors in the 5,000

CROSS COUNTRY: Became the ninth men's runner in USI history to earn
All-America honors after finishing 13th at the NCAA Division II National
Championships with a 10k time of 32:21.1...placed first and earned All-GLVC
honors with a 10k 32:35 at the GLVC Championships...also placed first at the
Chris Jones Invitational...posted a season-best 8k time at the Indiana
Intercollegiates with a 4th place 24:03.0. INDOOR TRACK: Recorded USI's
fastest times of the indoor season in the 3,000 meters (8:40.94 at the USA
Open) and the 5,000 meters (15:10.71 at the Cannon IV Classic)...earned All-GLVC
honors in the 5,000 meters after finishing second at the GLVC Championships
with a time of 15:21.57...finished third in the 3,000 meters at the GLVC
Championships. OUTDOOR TRACK: Qualified for the NCAA II Championships
in the 3,000-meter steeplechase...finished 11th at the NCAA II
Championships...won four races in the steeplechase and the 5,000
meters...earned All-GLVC honors after winning the steeplechase at the GLVC
Championships...recorded the top two times for USI during the outdoor season
in both the steeplechase and the 5,000 meters...posted a season-best 9:11.86
in the steeplechase at the Butler Qualifier...recorded a season-best
5,000-meter time of 14:49.50...recorded USI's fastest time of the outdoor
season in the 10,000 meters with a 30:24.27 at the Hillsdale Gina Relays, a
performance that ranks him fifth all-time at USI in the outdoor 10,000-meter
run.

Classic...helped USI's 4x200-meter relay team to a school-record time of
1:36.95 at the Tiger Invitational. OUTDOOR TRACK: Finished fourth in
