Eagles announce change to track schedule,
Will wait another week to open outdoor slate
EVANSVILLE, Ind.—University of Southern Indiana cross country/track and field Head Coach Mike Hillyard announced that the Screaming Eagles will open their outdoor track and field schedule at the Washington University Invitational in St. Louis, Missouri, April 3-4.
The Eagles were originally scheduled to compete this weekend in Carbondale, Illinois, and next weekend in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
USI also will compete at the Stan Lyons Open in Indianapolis, Indiana, April 25 instead of Western Kentucky Invitational.
The Eagles are scheduled to compete in five meets before the GLVC Outdoor Championships, which are scheduled for May 2-3 in Indianapolis.
