CROSS COUNTRY: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors for the second straight year after competing in five meets as a sophomore...was one of USI's top seven runners in two meets...finished 52nd at the GLVC Championships with an 8k time of 27:20.30...posted a season-best 8k time of 26:21.07 at the Greater Louisville Classic...had a top finish of 11th at the Millikin Fast Times Challenge. INDOOR TRACK: Was primarily used as a middle distance runner during his sophomore season as he competed in the 800 meters, the 1,000 meters, the mile, and the distance medley relay...finished 12th in the mile at the GLVC Championships with a time of 4:31.80...posted a top 800-meter time of 2:01.06 at the Gladstein Invitational...ran the 1,000 meters in 2:39.88 at the EIU Invitational...helped USI's distance medley relay team to a second-place finish and a season-best time of 10:35.88 at the GLVC Championships...also ran the 3,000 meters in 9:24.73 at the DePauw Invitational. OUTDOOR TRACK: Finished ninth in the 1,500 meters and 15th in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...posted USI's second-fastest 1,500-meter time of the season when he ran the event in 4:00.89 at the Eastern Kentucky Open...posted a top 5,000-meter time of 15:21.39 at the Washington Invitational...had USI's top 800-meter time of the season as he finished the event in 1:59.81 at the Eastern Kentucky Open...earned Academic All-GLVC honors for the second straight season.

2006-07
CROSS COUNTRY: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors after competing in five meets as a freshman...finished 62nd at the GLVC Championships with an 8k time of 28:15.29...posted a season-best 8k time of 27:14.67 at the Greater Louisville XC Classic...was 24th in the open competition of the Indiana Intercollegiate...finished 28th at the USI Alumni Opener with a 6k time of 19:26.00. INDOOR TRACK: Was seventh in the 3,000 meters at the GLVC Championships with a time of 8:57.34...had a season-best 3,000-meter time of 8:51.47 at the Gladstein Invitational...also competed in the 5,000 meters, the distance medley relay, the mile, and the 800 meters...posted season-best times in the 800 meters (2:03.45) and the mile (4:29.40) at the Saluki Booster Invitational...ran the 5,000 meters in 15:49.54 at the Hoosier Relays...helped USI's DMR to a time of 10:14.33 at the Iowa State Classic. OUTDOOR TRACK: Competed in just one meet, posting a 25th-place finish in the 1,500 meters at the Little State Championships with a time of 4:23.01...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Center Grove High School where he has earned eight varsity letters in cross country and track...posted a personal-best in the 5k of 15:59 and was the Most Valuable Runner on CGHS's cross country team in 2005...on the track, Menner was a member of CGHS's state-qualifying 4x800-meter relay team in 2005...personal-best in the 800 meters is 1:57, while his best 1,600-meter time is 4:28...ran the 3,200 meters as a sophomore in a personal-best 9:56...was CGHS's nominee for the Wendy's High School Heisman Award...also was an Academic All-State performer in cross country as well as an Academic All-Conference selection in cross country and track.
