CROSS COUNTRY: Earned Academic All-GLVC honors after finishing in USI's top seven in four meets...finished 20th at the GLVC Championships with a season-best 8k time of 26:11.70...was 49th at the NCAA II Great Lakes Region Championships with a 10k time of 33:16.38...finished 103rd at the NCAA II Championships with a season-best 10k time of 32:59.90...had a top finish of 8th at the Millikin Fast Times Challenge. INDOOR TRACK: Finished 6th in the 5,000 meters and 13th in the 3,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...posted a top 3,000-meter time of 8:56.38 at the Gladstein Invitational and a top 5,000-meter time of 15:31.76 at the DePauw Classic...ran the mile in 4:29.92 at the DePauw Invitational.  OUTDOOR TRACK: Earned second-team All-GLVC honors after finishing third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and fifth in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships...was very close to an NCAA II provisional qualifying time in the steeplechase when he finished the event in a season-best time of 9:28.80 at the Hillsdale "Gina" Relays...ran the 5,000 meters in a season-best time of 15:19.27 at the Washington Invitational...ran the 800 meters in 2:06.75 and the 1,500 meters in 4:04.11 at the Eastern Kentucky Open...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.

CROSS COUNTRY: Ran top-seven for the Eagles in five meets as a freshman...was 25th at the GLVC Championships with an 8k time of 27:00.08...was 59th at the NCAA II Great Lakes Region Championships with a 10k time of 34:09.90...posted a season-best 8k time of 26:43.43 at the Saluki Invitational...was 17th at the USI Alumni Opener with a 6k time of 19:12.00. INDOOR TRACK: Was ninth in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships with a time of 15:43.95...ran the 5,000 meters in a season-best time of 15:24.53 at the Gladstein Invitational...finished fifth in the 3,000 meters at the DePauw Invitational with season-best time of 8:57.57...ran the 1,500 meters at the Hoosier Hills Invitational in a season-best time of 4:28.14. OUTDOOR TRACK: Was 22nd in the 5,000 meters at the GLVC Championships with a time of 16:45.65...also was ninth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the GLVC Championships...finished second and posted an NCAA II provisional qualifying and season-best time of 9:24.00 in the steeplechase at the Vanderbilt Invitational...won the steeplechase with a time of 9:34.74 at the Washington Invitational...posted a season-best 5,000-meter time of 15:25.75 at the Gatorade Classic.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Portage High School...earned seven varsity letters in cross country and track...earned All-Sectional and All-Regional honors as a junior and a senior in cross country and was an All-Sectional performer in track...was PHS's most valuable runner in track and field as a senior after earning the Mental Attitude Award in cross country...helped PHS's cross country team to a conference, sectional, and regional championship as a junior as well as a conference title as a senior...has personal-best in the 5,000 meters of 15:56...also has a personal-best in the 1,600 meters (4:30), and the 3,200 meters (9:36).
