INDOOR TRACK: Earned All-GLVC honors after helping USI's distance
medley relay team to a first-place finish at the GLVC Championships and a
time of 10:12.78...also helped USI's 4x400-meter relay team to a sixth-place
finish at the GLVC Championships and a time of 3:31.03...finished eighth in
the 400 meters at the GLVC Championships with a time of 50.87 seconds...ran
the 400 meters in a season-best 50.48 seconds at the Hoosier Hills
Invitational...ran the 800 meters in a season-best 1:58.51 at the Iowa State
Classic and the 600 meters in 1:22.13 at the Indiana Open II. OUTDOOR TRACK:
Post USI's top times in the 200, 400, and 800 meters...finished ninth in the
200 meters at the GLVC Championships with a time of 22.43 seconds...ran the
200 meters in a season-best 22.22 seconds at the Vanderbilt Invitational and
the 400 meters in 51.80 seconds at the Gatorade Classic...also posted his
best 800-meter time (1:54.17) at the Vanderbilt Invitational...finished 18th
at the GLVC Championships in the 800 meters...helped USI's 4x400-meter relay
team to a fifth-place finish at the GLVC Championships and a season-best
time of 3:24.23.
2006
INDOOR TRACK: Did not compete. OUTDOOR TRACK: Set a
school-record in the 400 meters with his 48.47-second performance at the
Vanderbilt Invitational...ran the 400 meters five times, posting sub 50-second
times in every race...finished second in the 400 meters at the Little State
Championships with a time of 48.78 seconds...won the 800 meters at the
Washington Invitational when he crossed the finish line in a USI freshman
record 1:54.28...helped USI's 4x100-meter relay team to a fifth-place finish
at the conference championships...also helped USI's 4x400-meter relay team to
a fifth-place finish and a school-record time of 3:21.68 at the GLVC
Championships...helped USI's 4x800-meter relay team to a school-record time of
7:46.82 at the Hillsdale "Gina" Relays...earned Academic All-GLVC honors.
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Concordia Lutheran High School in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
