CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in just two meets as a freshman, but ran top seven for the Eagles in both events...was 18th at the Stegemoller Classic with a 6k time of 19:26.00...finished 20th in the Little State competition and 47th overall at the Indiana Intercollegiate with a 8k time of 26:30.68. INDOOR TRACK: Finished 18th at the GLVC Championships in the 3,000 meters...ran the mile in a season-best time of 4:33.85 at the DePauw Invitational and the 3,000 meters in a season-best time of 8:53.07 at the Gladstein Invitational...ran the 5,000 meters in 15:59.00 at the Indiana Relays. OUTDOOR TRACK: Did not compete.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Edgewood High School in Ellettsville, Indiana, where he earned 11 varsity letters in cross country, track, and swimming...was a state qualifier in cross country as a sophomore in 2004...was EHS's most valuable performer in cross country as a junior and senior and was the most improved runner as a sophomore...also was EHS's most valuable freshman on the track in 2004...has personal-bests of 16:38 in the 5k; 9:19 in the 3,200 meters; 4:34 in the 1,600 meters; 2:03 in the 800 meters; and 56 seconds in the 400 meters.
